2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary if the actual scope of work differs from the estimate. We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

3. Liability & Insurance

We carry comprehensive liability insurance. Basic coverage is included with every move. Additional full-value protection is available upon request. Claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled move are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the move
• Ensure safe access to both pickup and delivery locations
• Disclose any items requiring special handling
• Secure valuables, cash, and important documents
